In most courses, students will begin riding motorcycles during the first session. It is essential that all riders wear the proper gear, which includes a DOT-certified helmet, eye protection, a long-sleeved shirt or jacket, full-fingered gloves, long pants (excluding ripped jeans, sweatpants, or any other soft materials), and over-the-ankle boots or high-top shoes constructed from sturdy, durable materials other than canvas, mesh, elastic, nylon, or similar fabrics. Additionally, if required, please bring your eCourse completion certificate along with a copy of your driver’s license and a valid learner’s permit (necessary for courses in Pennsylvania).
