We recommend that any course participant be able to ride a bicycle.
Maryland: For the BRC Course (or any variation such as the BRCSP) there are no pre-requisites for the course and you don’t need a learner’s permit. However, we do recommend that any course participant be able to ride a bicycle.
Pennsylvania: For the BRC Course (or any variation such as the BRCSP) there are no pre-requisites for the course but PA residents DO need a valid motorcycle learner’s permit or motorcycle license. However, we do recommend that any course participant be able to ride a bicycle.
