Each course starts promptly at the time noted in the schedule. Each student must realize that if a person is late for a course, he/she will not be allowed to continue. Each student must also understand that if a course has started, he/she is not entitled to a refund and must re-register for another course and pay the appropriate fees. We recommend that each student arrive at least 15-20 minutes prior to the start of the course and allow plenty of time for traffic, weather, etc.
