All participants that register for the course(s) will be asked to provide their name, address, driver’s license number, date of birth, email address, phone numbers and other information. In addition, students will be required to sign various forms including waivers of liability. Students who have a Maryland license or Learner’s Permit and who successfully complete the course will receive an MVA Certificate and a Completion Card. Students from other states need to check with the state’s licensing agency to determine whether they accept the certificate of completion. Parents or guardians of registered students under age 18 will be required to sign a consent form prior to the start of the first class. Students between the ages of 16-18 will be also required to show proof of age.
How To Register
The academy’s online registration service is available 24 hours a day. During this process, the student will register and pay online. Students can pay by any major credit or debit card including: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. The student will also get an immediate confirmation online and receive an email confirming their successful registration.
Print out the registration form, and fax the form and credit or debit card information for Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover, including account number and expiration date, to 410-458-0554. Please allow two days for card processing. In addition, after payment has been made, you will be officially registered and will receive a confirmation by email.

After payment has been made, you will be officially registered and will receive a confirmation by email. Students can also pay by Cashier’s Check (No Personal Checks), Money Order or Cash. If paying by any of these methods, you should call the office at (Local) 443-743-3723 or (Toll Free) 800-743-3723. Individuals that prefer to pay by these methods will be placed on our “Standby List” until the payment is received and cleared. In addition, students who are on the “Standby List” run the risk of losing their space to someone that has made an immediate payment using a major credit or debit card.
